ABOUT ME

Well, hello! I’m Rosie

Eleven years ago, I was living off cereal and a Tesco meal deal. I had no athletic background, no gym confidence, no idea where to start. Then I found a personal trainer — and for the first time, I felt genuinely strong. Not just physically. In myself.

I'd spent a decade teaching at that point, and something clicked: I could help other people feel this way too.

That was ten years and over 100 clients ago. I've trained people in their 20s and their 60s. People recovering from injury, navigating pregnancy, walking back into a gym for the first time in years. I know when to push and when to ease off. When to be loud and when to be quiet. Because after a decade of teaching, I learned that how you coach matters just as much as what you coach.

Life has taught me things too. My son has a rare neurological disorder, and the last ten years have shaped me in ways I never expected. That resilience — the kind you build when you don't have a choice — is something I carry into every session. I know what it means to keep going when things are hard.

I'm not pretentious about this. I'm not here to make you feel like you're behind or doing it wrong. I'm here because I genuinely love helping people feel better in their bodies. Skilled but down to earth. Honest. Patient. And properly invested in you.

Gains Cross Farm is located just outside of Shillingstone and close to Hod Hill in rural North Dorset. It is a 10 minute drive from both Blandford Forum and Sturminster Newton, or better still pop on the North Dorset trail way and arrive on foot or by bike!!
